Virtual class membership

We are excited to announce that TPA’s training programs are now being offered as a live-streamed Zoom class. With TPA’s Home Ice Advantage, we can now train in you in the comfort of your own home virtually, alongside friends and teammates within the hockey community! No equipment is necessary.

Our classes with be available for both 14U (Novice-Bantam) and 22U (Midget-Junior)  and are designed to build strength, power, and improve your conditioning to give you the competitive edge when the puck drops!

Coached by the familiar faces of the TPA team, we will find the appropriate level for each athlete to get the best results while staying injury free. And with Home Ice Advantage classes offered for as little as $6.25 per class, you can be sure to keep yourself game-ready at a great value!

Registration Options

1.     Unlimited Pass:

This pass is designed for players who are really looking to maximize their at-home training!! Players who register for the unlimited pass will gain access to all 8 virtual classes through the month.

Cost: $49.99+HST

2.     Drop-in Sessions:

Can’t make all 8 sessions? Players can register for specific training sessions that best fit their schedule. Just remember we can only have a limited number of people per session to keep the quality high!

Cost: $10.99+HST/session

3.     Team Pass:

Want to train as a team? Team passes will be available and are designed for teams that are looking to stay connected and keep their players in the best possible shape through the break! Please contact for more information.

What do I need?

 

1.     I am in!! How do I register?

Athletes and teams can register for their desired package through our zenplanner membership portal. You will receive a confirmation email once you have registered.

 

2.     How do I get my zoom code?

After registering you will receive an email containing your zoom link and access code. This link will be a recurring link so you will only need one.

 

3.     How do I book a session?

Sessions are booked through the member app of the zenplanner member portal. After registering you will receive a link to download the app and set-up your profile. You can schedule your workouts right from your phone! Remember due to capacity limits we will only be allowing those who have booked in to attend the workout.

4.     What about equipment?

TPA coaches have designed these workouts to get the maximum results using the least amount of equipment. Not everyone has access to home equipment! Here is the list of equipment needed to get the most out of these sessions…

a.     Backpack or duffel bag plus some books to act as weights

b.     A towel

c.     A Hockey Stick

d.     Anything else is bonus! If you have dumbbells, Kettlebells, or bands bring ‘em!

 

5.     How much room do I need?

All you’ll need is about 2x2m square. Our workouts are going to be designed to keep in mind those with limited space!

 

6.     How do I see the workout program?

All workouts will be completely led by a TPA coach. However! You can view the workout alongside our coaches using our TPA training app! This app gives you access to log your workouts, video demos, and messaging centre. This way you will be able to track progress class to class.
