President/ Director of Performance
Jesse Cook the President and Director of Performance for TPA Sports. Jesse earned his B Sc. Honors in Kinesiology at York and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
In his time as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Jesse has worked with athletes of all ages and levels – from youth development to the professional, and National level ranks. Jesse brings an extensive knowledge base in program design and athlete evaluation with experience in multiple OHL combines. Currently Jesse serves as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach to the Brampton Beast of the East Coast Hockey League affiliate to the Montreal Canadiens.
On-Ice Skills Specialist
Dan has worked with all levels of players from developmental programs to Head Coaching the University of Maine D1 Women’s program from 2007-10. Prior to his stint in Maine, Dan was an assistant coach at Minnesota State University and with the Chicago Freeze of the NAHL.
After relocating to the Toronto area Dan was the Head Coach of the Toronto Furies in the Canadian Women’s Hockey League and led the team to an appearance in the Clarkson Cup Finals in his first season. Over the past few years, Dan has worked with players at the Hill Academy and with Richmond Hill Stars in player and coaching development. Dan holds his USA Hockey Master Level Coaches Certification.
Performance Specialist/Mental skills coach
Kiri has been with TPA Sports since September 2014. Kiri is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Following the completion of a Honours B.Sc. specializing in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University in 2015, Kiri attended LIT-Limerick Institute of Technology in Ireland to complete her Masters in Strength and Conditioning. For her dissertation, she studied coaching video analysis and the hockey shot.
Prior to working at TPA, Kiri spent 3 years working with York Varsity Athletes. She has had special opportunities to coach Canadian National level sprinters and Canadian National female hockey players. Kiri also specializes in sports psychology and motivational techniques. Kiri helps athletes develop strategies for overcoming these roadblocks, so they can actively start achieving their performance outcome goals. Kiri has also played competitively for York Lions Ice Hockey Team (2010-2015), and for the New Zealand National Women’s Hockey Team (2008-2014)

Hilary is a certified personal trainer, youth fitness specialist, and sport nutrition coach. She worked with one of the top high school rowing teams in Canada, has interned under Gary Roberts with elite hockey players, coached Ontario Rugby Union athletes, and is a competitive powerlifter. Her experiences have taught her about injury rehab, energy system development, individualized program design, and getting people strong using simple and effective protocols. In her spare time, Hilary likes lifting heavy things, outdoor adventures, and making friends with dogs.
Abdullah grew up playing a variety of sports, with special interests in soccer, hockey, basketball and track & field. In his teenage years, he decided to focus on playing soccer and played with a variety of local clubs in the CSL and USL. At 18, he traveled to Jeddah, KSA to play as an attacking midfielder/winger at Ittihad FC before returning to Toronto to enrol at the University of Toronto as an undergrad in Mathematics and Physics. Shortly after, he left Toronto again after being invited to play at Zanesville AFC (NPSL, Ohio) and FC Lyon 1893 (Lyon, France). Abdullah is currently continuing his education in Fitness & Health Promotion at Centennial College
