sMALL GROUP TRAINING IS TPA’S MOST POPULAR TRAINING MODEL. THIS MODEL IS UTILIZED DURING IN-SEASON AND OFF-SEASON PROGRAMS. hERE ATHLETES CAN EXPECT personalized PROGRAMMING in a group setting BASED ON TRAINING EXPERIENCE AND AGE. Our ATHLETE-to-coach ratio is SET AT A MAXIMUM OF 6:1 to ensure physical distancing between ALL athletes.

Elite Collegiate PROGRAM

Our collegiate program is designed for athletes currently playing or entering varsity athletics. This comprehensive program provides high-level athletes the opportunity to maximize athletic performance through advanced training techniques and applied exercise science. Each athletes program is customized to meet their needs and ensure they are prepared for the demands of the competitive season. Our elite program is designed to provide a consistent experience with our pro athlete program. Each semi-private training session is 60 min in length and is capped at 6 athletes.


U18 Development progrAM

Our U18 program is designed for athletes 14-18 years old or currently playing at the Bantam or Midget level of play. This program is specifically designed for the maturing teen athlete to improve training competency and enhance overall athletic performance. During this development window our goal is to provide our athletes the framework to become stronger, faster, and more powerful athletes to drive performance in sport and overall confidence. Each semi-private training session is 60 min in length and is capped at 6 athletes.


U14 Development progrAM

Our U14 program is designed for athletes ages 11-14 looking to gain a competitive edge against the competition. This program focuses on building your young athletes foundation through fundamental training and proper exercise technique to both improve performance and create the framework for future athletic success. Each session is 60 min in length and is capped at a maximum of 6 participants.


U10 Development progrAM

Our U10 program provides kids ages 8-10 years old the ability to explore and develop physical skills in a fun, safe, and engaging training environment. This program encourages kids to learn and develop motor skills like running, jumping, throwing, and agility through various forms of play and problem solving. Sessions are 60 min in length and capped at 6 athletes per group.

STEP 1: Assess

Each athlete will go through thorough assessment to gather the bio-mechanical and performance metrics needed to drive your off-season programming.

Athletes are tested monthly or as part of their daily training to track and monitor progress throughout the training process .

STEP 2: Build your plan

Following the assessment each athlete has the ability to customize their training plan to fit their unique schedule needs. Training plans can be purchased based on:

  • 1x per week

  • 2x per week

  • 3x per week

  • 4x per week

  • Hybrid Online Training

    Packages are built monthly and customized to the length of your training needs.

STEP 3: Customize

Athletes are then able to add program customizations A’LA CArte style to enhance their off-season experience.

  • Manual therapy
