TPA’s Off-Season Training Program is a progressive and comprehensive training program for players looking to maximize their development during the off-season.
Our approach to player performance integrates expert off and on-Ice coaching with detailed nutrition, recovery, and data science to build stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes.
A Step-by-Step Plan to maximize your off-season
STEP 1: Assess
Each athlete will go through thorough assessment to gather the bio-mechanical and performance metrics needed to drive your off-season programming.
Athletes are tested monthly or as part of their daily training to track and monitor progress throughout the training process .
STEP 2: Build
Following the assessment each athlete has the ability to customize their off-season plan to fit their unique training needs. Training plans can be purchased based on:

3x per week
Unlimited
Packages are built monthly and customized to the length of your off-season.
STEP 3: Customize
Athletes are then able to add program customizations A’LA CArte style to enhance their off-season experience.
