TPA offers a wide variety of training services that allows every athlete to select the service that best meet their individual focus, schedule, and budget. Session lengths typically range from 60-90min and maintain a coach-to-athlete ratio of maximum 1:8 to allow for continuous individual attention and, correction when needed.
