TPA Provides in-season programs to target the individual needs of our athletes. TPA's in-Season Program provides each individual a program to meet their needs, goals, and scheduling demands. 

We Incorporate expert program design, recovery, nutrition, and injury prevention to build a stronger, faster, and healthier player.

No matter what sport you play, TPA’s innovative training methodologies are focused on creating a program that is based on the goals, needs, and demands of each athlete. 

TRaining Program Details

  • Assessment and performance testing

  • All Sessions coached by TPA performance specialists (1:8 coach to athlete)

  • Custom training plans for 1x, 2x, 3x per week options
