TPA 360 Fitness Class
TPA 360 is a classes developed from the same methods we use with our elite athletes. Focusing on improving flexibility, strength, and cardio, TPA 360 is the perfect fit for those looking to lose weight, tone up, or just look and feel better.
TPA 360 Nooner – A 45 min version of our popular 360 perfect for those looking to get in and out on their lunch break

TPA HIIT is a high intensity class designed for those looking to burn fat and improve energy. Classes are based around 45 min high intensity circuits using a variety of training tools to push you outside your comfort zone. 15 min of recovery in every session will ensure your next training session is just as good as the last!
Tues/Thurs 9:00am & 12:00pm; Sat 11:00am
TPA Varsity is a athlete inspired class driven from the methods used in our high performance training programs. This class is designed with mind-set of “once an athete, always an athlete” and is perfect for ex-varsity athlete or anyone looking to take their training to the next level. Train like an athlete!
