2018 Prospects off-season Training

This program is designed for players 14-16 years old playing at the Bantam or Minor Midget level.


PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • 8 or 15 Week Training Program  - 2 & 4 day per week options (May 7-Aug 17)
  • Available with customized start dates based on schedule
  • 2 Week Pre-Camp On-Ice Development (Aug 6 -Aug 17)
  • Location - TPA Sports @ Canlan Ice Sports York

Training

  • Evaluation & Screening with on-going access to personal player report card
  • Testing and technology as used at OHL & QMJHL combines
  • Up to 60 individualized small group off-ice training sessions with professional coaches
    • 2 & 4x per week options
  • 2 week August On-Ice Pre-Camp Prep
    • 3 x per week
  • Additional player development sessions including yoga, boxing, and track
  • Apparel package & shaker bottle

  • Superhuman Strength Post-Workout Recovery Shakes
    • Used by NHL Teams, NSF Certified Sport
  • Sport Nutrition Seminars & Athlete Learn to Cook Workshops lead by Wellness Chef,  Andy Muto
